• 24 years or older, HS diploma required, some college helpful
• experience working with teens in some capacity helpful
• good interpersonal skills, time management skills, and organizational skills
• maintains confidentiality, always using best judgement
• reliable transportation
• must pass background check

Qualifications for Adult Support Group or Activity Group Facilitator

Both lead and second/substitute facilitator

• Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be an individual living well with their own mental health condition.
• Good interpersonal skills, time management skills, and organizational skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and always uses their best judgment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check.
• Must complete NARCAM training.
