Join us on Sunday, May 22nd at 2:00 pm as the Hope Connections Friends unveil The Tree of Hope, located at the NAMI Welcome Center, 279 S. 17th Ave., Ste. 7 in West Bend.
Hope Connections Friends of NAMI Washington County have asked this tree be planted in memory or honor of loved ones who have passed.
This tree is a place for all community members to honor their loved ones. Community members can visit the tree at any time to place a name, leave a message, tie a symbol of remembrance, or leave a message for their loved one.
Please come and celebrate the dedication with us. There will be a reception to follow.
